Lead Instructor
Kelly Hale Marshall is a Licensed Cosmetology and Barber Instructor of three
states: Illinois, Alabama, and Florida. She has been in the beauty industry for
over 30 years and has amassed extensive knowledge and experience. She is a
graduate of Pivot Point International, (Schaumburg, Illinois campus), one of the
most prestigious cosmetology schools in the world. In her career that has
spanned over 3 decades, she has owned her own salon, taught cosmetology at
Virginia College in Montgomery, Alabama and was a Military Barber at the Navy
Exchange in Orlando, Florida.
Kelly's career journey reflects a true passion for education and mentorship in
the beauty industry. Although she enjoyed the creative and technical aspects of
being a hairstylist and barber for the majority of her career, her real calling was
teaching. Her dedication to teaching involves guiding students through not only
technical skills, but also fosters their creativity, confidence, and acumen.
